Lancement de la 7ème Édition d’Agrotour International Tanzanie 2024 

L’assistant au Secretariat administratif, Franck Mmbando, a officiellement lancé ce mardi 6 Aout, la 7ème édition d’Agrotour International Tanzanie 2024. 

La cérémonie d’ouverture s’est tenue au siège du secrétariat de l’EAC à Arusha, réunissant des entrepreneurs et agriculteurs du secteur agricole.

Cet événement majeur, qui se déroule du 5 au 9 août, constitue une plateforme essentielle pour favoriser les échanges entre les acteurs du secteur agricole. 

Mm bando a souligné l’importance du travail en réseau pour le développement des affaires et a promis une collaboration renforcée entre les entrepreneurs et les décideurs africains. 

Il a encouragé une dynamique collective visant à propulser le développement du secteur agricole sur le continent.

De leur côté, Janice Kimaro de East African Women in Business Platform (EAWiBP) et Yannick Nkayilu de Hope Land Congo, deux structures organisatrices de cet événement avec le soutien des gouvernements congolais et tanzanien, ainsi que d’autres partenaires ont exprimé leur satisfaction de voir des agripreneurs africains se réunir pour le développement durable de ce continent. 

Au cours de cette journée, les participants ont eu l’opportunité de partager leurs expériences et de développer leur réseau professionnel. 

Des présentations et des masterclasses ont été aussi proposées, abordant des sujets importants pour le développement de l’agrobusiness tels que le renforcement des capacités en gestion financière, la mobilisation des ressources pour les agripreneurs, ainsi que le système de contractualisation pour éviter les ruptures de stocks.

Après la cérémonie d’ouverture, Franck Mmbando a effectué une visite guidée des stands, où il a échangé directement avec les agripreneurs présents. Cette interaction a permis de mettre en lumière le travail acharné réalisé par ces entrepreneurs pour faire avancer le développement durable dans la région.

Agrotour International Tanzanie 2024 se positionne ainsi comme un événement incontournable pour tous ceux qui souhaitent dynamiser le secteur agricole en Afrique, en favorisant l’innovation et la collaboration.

Launch of the 7th Edition of Agrotour International Tanzania 2024

On Tuesday August 6, Franck Mmbando, Assistant to the Administrative Secretariat, officially launched the 7th edition of Agrotour International Tanzania 2024.

The opening ceremony was held at the EAC Secretariat headquarters in Arusha, bringing together entrepreneurs and farmers from the agricultural sector.

This major event, which runs from August 5 to 9, is an essential platform for promoting exchanges between players in the agricultural sector.

Mm bando stressed the importance of networking for business development, and pledged enhanced collaboration between African entrepreneurs and decision-makers.

He encouraged a collective dynamic aimed at propelling the development of the agricultural sector on the continent.

For their part, Janice Kimaro of the East African Women in Business Platform (EAWiBP) and Yannick Nkayilu of Hope Land Congo, two organizations organizing the event with the support of the Congolese and Tanzanian governments, as well as other partners, expressed their satisfaction at seeing African agripreneurs come together for the continent’s sustainable development.

During the day, participants had the opportunity to share their experiences and develop their professional network.

Presentations and masterclasses were also offered, covering topics of importance to agribusiness development such as capacity building in financial management, resource mobilization for agripreneurs, and the contractualization system to avoid stock shortages.

After the opening ceremony, Franck Mmbando took a guided tour of the stands, where he held direct discussions with the agripreneurs present. This interaction highlighted the hard work these entrepreneurs are doing to advance sustainable development in the region.

Agrotour International Tanzania 2024 is thus positioned as a must-attend event for all those wishing to boost the agricultural sector in Africa, by promoting innovation and collaboration.
